Dying Fetus, An American Death Metal band will be playing their first show in India on this June 7th at Shillong as a the headliners of Rain Revolt : Shillong Open Air.

The festival includes Nepal metal band Underside, Aizawl death metal band Third Sovereign, Bengaluru progressive metalcore band Cheisrah and Shillong death metallers Plague Throat. Underside will also be playing India for the first time at this festival. After a three year break, Third Sovereign will be back on stage!
For Rolling Stone organiser Rishi Joshi Ranee Syngai quoted “Mostly, bands from older generations used to come here [Shillong]. But even modern metal has a huge fan following.” Syngai and Amarjeet Karam from Horns Up Entertainemnt have teamed up with Edgenda in Shillong to organize this massive festival.
