Bangalore is ready to witness a 2 day Extreme Underground Music Fesitval, “Dark Days Of December” organised by Bangalore Doom Syndicate. Bangalore Doom Syndicate member Vikram from Dying Embrace says that ” This is probably the first time a Festival like this is being done in Bangalore City with 4 International bands and 5 of Bangalore’s finest! An array of musical styles spanning varied genres, the festival will be held on 12th & 13th December at No Limmits Club & Lounge! “

Hey there! I’ve been trying to search for ‘Indian Metal Festivals’ as such. I’ve seen that the Wikipedia page shows only 1 Indian metal fest which is BOA presumably because it achieves a certain number of bands performing and a large target audience. Looking for ‘festivals’ as such; large, loud and crazy. Any help?

  well there are not a lot of metal festivals [which promotes exclusively metal] which happen on a regular interval in India, BOA is sure as hell among a regular one and there was this festival called IMF [Indian Metal Festival] happened in 2012 that got gojira,There was October fest in Bangalore which happens every year, also one of the pioneers of these festivals was great Indian rock and Decan rock festival to name a few among the top notch metal festivals, allso not to forget, Rock in India who got maiden, Metallica santana over the years .
