Synchronicity IIT Kanpur | Hyderabad Prelims
Synchronicity introduced in 1988, is the biggest, meanest and the most fierce rock festival in the country.This event boasts of its own pro-night headlined by international artists with a headbanging crowd of over 15,000 people which more than justifies the statement that Synchronicity is all that you expect it to be and much more.
The competition kicks off with preliminary round road trips in 9 major cities throughout the nation. About 8-10 bands are chosen for each trip and from thm the destined one band is chosen to move along to the next stage and is given the golden opportunity to record with the widely revered and notable recording houses in the country! The next stage involves the top teams from each city battling it out in IIT Kanpur to reach the eagerly anticipated 3 way final in which our finalists will be judged by the esteemed headliners for the night and motivated by the synchronous head banging of a sea of 15,000+ rock enthusiasts. The ultimate winner will be be endowed with rewards worth over 5 lakh including numerous goodies, instrument and recording deals plus gigs at renowned rock concerts provided by our esteemed sponsors.
The next stop in the series is Hyderabad, this year the preliminary round is going to be bigger, better and crazier in Hyderabad! Being held at a scale never before reached by any other rock band competition. This years Synchronicity boast of the an amazing line up of sponsors and publishers.
